The Alberta Association of Optometrists set out to modernize how it serves both its members and the public. Before partnering with BSI, the organization relied on a patchwork of tools and paper-based processes that made information difficult to maintain and limited their ability to offer streamlined digital services.

The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy partnered with BSI to prepare their organization for a smooth transition to the cloud. By leveraging the iMIS 20/20 Advanced program, AAMFT was able to take meaningful first steps toward modernizing its internal systems.

iMIS users needed a more intelligent, responsive, and accessible way to get support, one that didn’t rely on waiting in a support queue or digging through outdated threads.
