In a significant development for the iMIS community, Visual Antidote and Bursting Silver, two frontrunners in iMIS services and products, have announced a merger, forming the world’s largest iMIS consulting group. Effective March 9, 2024, the merged entity will operate under the name Bursting Silver (BSI).
The merger brings together nearly 80 skilled iMIS professionals, ensuring continuity in client experience and service quality. Clients of both companies will retain their existing contacts and support teams, ensuring no disruptions to their ongoing projects and support, while benefiting from additional pooled-resources and software solutions.

Leadership and Innovation: The merger enables the founder of Visual Antidote, Keith Stoute, to become a Partner at BSI and assume the role as Chief Product Officer, focusing on innovative iMIS products and tools. Al Povoledo will retain his title of Managing Partner and CEO of Bursting Silver.
Expanded Expertise: Our newly-expanded team will allow us to provide greater capacity, product domain expertise, best practices, and industry specialization in the various verticals we serve – including regulatory bodies, trade associations, unions, and charities.
Investment in A.I. – Aligning with technological advancements, especially in Artificial Intelligence, the merger positions the company to better assist clients in a rapidly evolving tech landscape and create new products and tools to further enhance client’s use of their iMIS systems and website.
