Big Wins, Smart Starts, and Fall Momentum

Smart Leaders Don’t Wait for A.I., They Start Smart

For many associations, regulators, and unions, A.I. feels both exciting and intimidating. You know it can streamline operations, enhance member experiences, and uncover insights, but getting started can feel like standing at the base of a mountain.

Over the past few months, we have been meeting one-on-one with client executives to host A.I. Briefings where we have personalized conversations that focus on how A.I. can align with their organizational goals. The insights and ideas that have come out of these sessions have been inspiring.

To help with this process, we created BSI’s A.I. SmartStart Program, a practical launchpad that helps membership organizations move from AI curiosity to meaningful adoption. This structured, low-risk program walks your team through where A.I. fits in your organization, how to prioritize opportunities, and what steps to take first.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore A.I. or ready to take your next step, our A.I. SmartStart Program will help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Schedule a complimentary call with our team and see how your organization can start smart with A.I.

How We’re Using A.I. to Work Smarter at BSI

We’re not just talking about A.I., we’re using it every day to improve how we serve our clients.

Across BSI, teams are finding creative ways to apply A.I. tools that save hours and enhance quality. For example:

  • Development: Toby has been using Copilot to build and test his iPart development, cutting QA turnaround time dramatically.
  • Business Analysis: Angelo is using MIRO’s A.I. tools to generate process flowcharts from client emails, work that once took days, now done in minutes.
  • Solutions & Estimating: Our SOA team is using A.I. to review requirements and generate estimates in hours instead of days.
  • Knowledge Management: Teams are building custom ChatGPTs trained on user stories, requirements, and mockups to test solutions and onboard staff faster.

The biggest take away we’ve heard from our teams is it took no time at all to adapt their workflows before they started seeing immediate results. These simple but effective changes have created faster deliverables, sharper documentation, and have open more time for our staff to focus on what matters most, client success.

This is why we built out the A.I. Impact Series, a collection of free guides where we highlight new opportunities that A.I. is providing organizations significant time and cost-saving benefits.

AI Governance Policy: The First Step to Safe AI Adoption for Membership Organizations

Imagine this: A well-meaning member of your staff uses a free AI-powered email enhancer to draft a message to an individual in your membership. In doing so, they paste the member’s name, email, and home address into the AI service to “enhance” the email’s tone and grammar. What they don’t realize is that this personal information is now stored on the AI provider’s servers, effectively leaked outside the organization’s control.

Upgrading to iMIS EMS Cloud: Is Your iMIS 2017 System Ready?

Assessing your iMIS system’s cloud readiness involves taking a detailed inventory of custom components, data, and integrations. Upgrading from iMIS 2017 (self-hosted) to iMIS EMS (the 100% cloud version) is a big step, but it’s one that comes with big benefits (such as, automatic updates to reduced IT overhead).
