Developing an information architecture that would provide site visitors with an easy and intuitive experience to find the information they need.
Integrating a number of features from the iMIS engagement management system into the new site. Site visitors are able to register for events, update their profile, and participate in online communities.
In addition to the website, BSI worked closely with WBC staff to set-up the iMIS membership system to support the administration/management of members. This included configuring dashboards for management, setting up dues, events, and various reports and queries.
