      Dawn Lipop, Chief Administrative Officer at the Toronto Police Association, shared how her team used ChatGPT to analyze over 120 pages of free-text survey data.

      “It was weeks — weeks of manual work — saved by A.I… ChatGPT gave us tone, trends, and even actionable recommendations for our negotiation strategy.”

      Patrick Mason and Bryan Buss from the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba described their careful and secure rollout of A.I. transcription tools in their conduct department, where data sensitivity is paramount.

      “The benefits were immediate. We cut transcription time in half and staff started suggesting new ways to apply the tool right away.”

       

      Michele Morgan, Executive Director of the iMIS Users Group, walked through the launch of “iMind” — a members-only chatbot trained on years of forum and community data.
