Developer Description
You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of technology solutions to solve business problems.
Here are some examples of things you may work on:
• Developing REST Web API services to integrate multiple technology platforms
• Developing automated workflows to automate manual, tedious processes
• Contributing to a fully automated continuous integration process
• Designing and architecting an n-tier solution to integrate multiple technology systems
• Developing custom controls/widgets to expose/collect data through a client’s website
• Designing and developing data synchronization and import/export scripts
You will be assigned projects based on your interests and skills and will report to the Project Manager and Senior Technical Architect.
What we are looking for:
5+ years in software development experience
Experience with:
Working with an Agile methodology
Client-side languages and frameworks (JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, AngularJS, etc.)
C# and .NET
Parsing XML / JSON
Creating and consuming REST web services
SQL Server
Object oriented programming
Source control systems including: Git, Visual Studio Team Services and others
Automated testing (unit testing, UI testing, building test harnesses)
Other skills that would be beneficial:
Experience with:
PowerShell, Bash or other scripting technologies
