SecureScan for iMIS: Win a free scan!

September 5th, 2024
We all know that the most secure system can have vulnerabilities introduced unintentionally with improper configuration settings. While iMIS has world-class security protections, understanding and evaluating all of your settings across all of your RiSE webpages and IQAs can be a significant challenge. And a wrong setting may be exposing data or information you hadn’t intended, including member data.
That’s why we built SecureScan, a tool to evaluate different settings in your database and configuration settings for each one.
When you request a report with SecureScan you’ll receive:
- A list of all the IQAs in your system and the fields on each one
- We’ll flag which we deem to contain personally identifiable information
- Security settings on each of them
- A list of every RiSE page in iMIS, including staff, member and public facing
- With included IQAs
- Security settings for each
SecureScan will help you catch any settings that may be exposing more information from iMIS than you intend, for example a member directory with phone numbers on a RiSE page you weren’t aware was published.
As a gesture to help our customers stay secure we’re offering a free scan to the first ten to respond to [email protected].
