Job Description
Assumes responsibility for all revenue-driven initiatives for new and existing clients.
Provides strategic insight into opportunities to develop new lines of business and revenue streams for both new and existing clients.
Grows/fosters a positive and trusting relationship with senior client stakeholders to establish trust, loyalty and increase share of wallet.
Work with clients to better understand their business needs and goals.
Responsible for developing/fostering relationship with strategic vendors.
Develops and executes a marketing plan for various lines of business.
Responsibilities
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into a responsive reality
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders
Develop new user-facing features
Create and maintain a reusable theme framework including code and libraries for future use
Tactical Activities
Respond to RFPs, develop proposals.
Lead sales initiatives for new opportunities.
Work in conjunction with Director of Consulting Services, Project Managers and Partners to develop proposals, and statements of work.
Develop and deliver Net Promotor Score to all clients on a regular basis. Provide insight and analysis on how BSI can improve.
Prepares annual Account Plan for each client. Monitors and updates regularly.
Tracks, manages and reports on sales pipeline. Provides pipeline reports to Operations Team as needed.
Meets weekly with Delivery Team leads for account updates, action items
Attends weekly Operational Management Team calls
Reports directly to CEO
Conducts regular “check-in” calls with clients (virtual or in-person as appropriate given the circumstance)
Develops marketing campaigns. Leverages other staff/external specialists to execute campaigns/overall marketing plan.
Establish a sales training program to train new employees
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.
Relevant experience in the professional services / software industry.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products – specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Comfortable with technology
Able to work independently from home / office
Flexibility to travel to clients / conferences (avg once per month)
