BSI worked closely with the College to replace its legacy membership system with the iMIS engagement Management solution. In doing so, a number of the College’s business practices and member services were modernized and improved. Key highlights include:
- Migrated hundreds of thousands of transactional records from various legacy systems/sources into iMIS.
- Integrated iMIS with an external document management solution.
- Eliminated the need for paper/mail-based communications with membership by leveraging the iMIS Advanced Marketing module. Members are now able to receive invoices and pay annual dues online.
- Integrated the College’s annual online renewal process with iMIS.
- Worked with the College to significantly re-design and streamline its business processes across a number of regulatory functions – including member services, finance, professional development, and complaints/discipline.
- Designed and implemented a new Case Management system to support the Complaints and Discipline processes.
