Job Description

You will be responsible for the Solution Analysis, Definition, Development, and Delivery of software solutions to solve business problems.

      • Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in your own area


      • Understand the business issues and data challenges of the client’s organization and industry.
      • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
      • Identify the client organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
      • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts/gaps, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
      • Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
      • Develop functional specifications, user stories, and system design/technical specifications for client engagements.
      • Apply knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
      • Recognize system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
      • Assist with or Lead testing efforts.
      • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
      • Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
      • Document needed changes for development.
      • Keep the project manager well informed of status of development effort
      • Train client users to work with computer systems and programs.
      • Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients
      • Assists in/leads the facilitation of team and client meetings.
      • Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
      • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
      • Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
      • Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
      • Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
      • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
      • Perform Other Duties as deemed required for continued development and corporate support.
