CANASA was interested in upping-the-ante when it came to the online services that it could provide to its membership.  Bursting Silver was engaged to help identify the opportunities and make it happen.  In three short months, we worked closely with CANASA’s management and staff to:

  • Upgrade to the latest version of iMIS
  • Implement a new and improved online dues payment and event registration system
  • Re-build a bilingual web site using the RiSE/WCM platform
  • Develop a custom application that allows members to automatically log into iMIS by clicking on a CANASA email.  This has reduced the number of inbound registration calls during the busy trade show season from members who forget their passwords.
